1. If you were to shoot at a higher ISO at a football game, if you got a close up of one of the players, you would be able to see more sweat and texture in their face.
2. Use Low ISO if you are in a dim or dark room and your camera is steady.
3. Increase ISO when there is not enough light. (night)
