Websites

Website Perspective

I think this website’s intention was to touch people, because that’s what I got from it. All of the photo stories I saw on here were very emotional things and they pretty much describe everyone’s weakness. This website was filled will things like puppies getting put down and hospitals getting blown up by assassins. On this website, there were a couple of stories here and there to go with the photo collection, and those stories were decent length. They were not too long so the reader wouldn’t lost interest in the photos, but just enough so that the reader still had an idea of what the photos were about. The stories were very touching and honestly gave me chills, along with the photos.   I would completely recommend this website to anyone, it’s very emotionally touching. I absolutely love this site for inspiration on how I could take a “deeper” photo, to create depth and capture emotion in a photo, that’s how you take a really great photo.

This is one of my favorite photos because instead of looking at people, it really gives you a perspective of what the workers see every day. And even though it is in black and white, the reader or the person who looks at the picture can see what kind of emotion is put into these photos and what the photographer really wants you to feel. The field on one side and the dusty road on the other makes the person viewing the photo think of an undeveloped country or just an older, not as wealthy part of town. This picture really puts your mind to think about how we see our clothes as just in the store, but all they see is cotton fields and sewing machines.
